Petronet LNG Limited has filed a regulatory disclosure pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015.
The company has filed a Writ Petition on 30th October 2026 with the Hon'ble High Court of Gujarat against a Show Cause Notice (SCN) issued by the Directorate General of GST Intelligence, Delhi Zonal Unit. The dispute concerns GST on "Use or Pay Charges."
