Pfizer Appoints Kishore Bhatia as Cost Auditor

Pfizer Limited's Board appointed M/s. Kishore Bhatia & Associates as Cost Auditors for FY 2026-27.
The appointment was approved on May 12, 2026, based on the Audit Committee's recommendation.
Remuneration will be ratified by shareholders at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
