Punjab National Bank appeals NCLT order dismissing its Section 7 insolvency petition against Siddhi Vinayak Himghar.
The dismissal was based on Section 10A of the IBC, with the date of default cited as 1st October 2019.
The NCLAT issued notice and scheduled the next hearing for 15th July 2026, to be heard with another appeal.
