Punjab National Bank filed an insolvency petition under Section 7 of IBC against Master (India) Brewing Company.
The NCLT Guwahati Bench granted the respondent 15 days to file a counter to the petition.
The petitioner is given 7 days thereafter to file a rejoinder, with next hearing scheduled for 18 May 2026.
