The National Company Law Tribunal Chandigarh Bench has adjourned an insolvency petition filed by Punjab National Bank.
The petition, CP(IB) No. 77/Chd/Hry/2023, was filed against individual respondent Suhail Guglani under Section 95 of the IBC, 2016.
The matter was not taken up on 07.04.2026 due to a paucity of time and has been rescheduled for a hearing on 11.06.2026.
