NCLT Chandigarh adjourns multiple applications in PNC Enterprises Pvt Ltd insolvency case to June 10, 2026.
Applications include one for liquidation under Section 33 and others under Sections 27 and 60(4) of IBC 2016.
Matter was heard by special bench and will now be listed before the regular bench for further proceedings.
