PNC Infratech Accepts NHAI Rs 234.72 Crore Settlement

PNC Infratech accepted NHAI's offer of Rs 234.72 crore under the Vivad-se-Vishwas III Scheme to settle a prior arbitration award.
The settlement amount comprises 45% of the original Rs 485.27 crore award plus 9% p.a. simple interest until 30 April 2026.
NHAI will execute a settlement agreement and make the payment to the company within 30 days of signing.
The company expects a positive financial impact of Rs 234.72 crore plus an additional Rs 0.27 crore for 5 days of interest.
