Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board appeals against M/s Jay Madhok Energy Private Limited Led Consortium in Supreme Court.
The civil appeals were partially heard by a bench of Justices Dipankar Datta and Satish Chandra Sharma.
The Supreme Court has adjourned the hearing and relisted the matters for 12th May 2026 after fresh matters.
