Preliminary Determination

Based on its preliminary determination, Commerce has preliminarily found that PESL did not make sales of the subject merchandise at less than normal value during the POR. Consequently, PESL's anti-dumping duty for this period has been preliminarily determined to be 0%.

Status and Next Steps

The preliminary results are not yet effective. They serve as an indication of the final duty rates, which the Commerce Department is expected to issue by March 2027. Pokarna Limited states it will continue to monitor the proceedings and make further disclosures as required.
