NCLT Chennai disposed of an insolvency petition against Polymatech Electronics as withdrawn following a settlement.
The parties settled a total default amount of ₹157.20 crores, comprising ₹98.25 crore principal and ₹58.95 crore interest.
The petition was filed by Vencap Capital Advisory under Section 9 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.
