Transfer Process

For physical share certificates:

  • Company will issue new share certificates for transfer to IEPF Demat account
  • Original share certificates will automatically stand cancelled upon new issuance
  • Website upload deemed adequate notice for new certificate issuance

For dematerialized shares:

  • Company will give Delivery Instruction Slip to Depository Participants for transfer

Consequences of Non-Action

  • Shares will be transferred to IEPF Authority Demat account after October 28, 2026
  • Once transferred to IEPF, no claim shall lie with the company
  • Shareholders must file claims directly with IEPF Authority after transfer
