Transfer Process
For physical share certificates:
- Company will issue new share certificates for transfer to IEPF Demat account

For dematerialized shares:
- Company will give Delivery Instruction Slip to Depository Participants for transfer
Consequences of Non-Action
- Shares will be transferred to IEPF Authority Demat account after October 28, 2026
- Once transferred to IEPF, no claim shall lie with the company
- Shareholders must file claims directly with IEPF Authority after transfer
