Power2Sme Files Rs 1.35 Crore Insolvency Petition Against S.N.S Infra

Power2Sme Pvt Ltd filed a Section 9 IBC petition against S.N.S Infra Projects Pvt Ltd for defaulting on a payment of approximately Rs 1.35 crores.
The corporate debtor admitted liability via emails on 12.12.2025 and 16.12.2025 but failed to make the payment within the statutory period.
The NCLT New Delhi Bench issued notice to the respondent, returnable by 29.06.2026, for the next hearing.
The petition was initiated after a demand notice under Section 8 was served on 01.12.2025 and subsequent meetings failed to resolve the default.
