The authorized persons are Mr. Ritesh Kumar Agrawal (Group CFO) and Ms. Anita Praful Renuse (Company Secretary & Compliance Officer).
This authorization is made under Regulation 30(5) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
