Pradeep Metals Postal Ballot ₹350 Cr Borrowing Approved

Pradeep Metals Limited passed two special resolutions via postal ballot authorizing borrowings and charge creation up to ₹350 Crores each.
Both resolutions received overwhelming approval with 99.9982% votes in favour out of 1,36,24,971 total valid votes polled (78.89% turnout).
