NCLT Chandigarh dismissed an application seeking early hearing of a Section 9 insolvency petition against Prakash Industries Ltd.
The petition, filed by Shri Harjika Enterprises, remains scheduled for its original hearing date of June 1, 2026.
The tribunal denied the request for preponement citing a heavy board and the proximity of the already fixed date.
