Premier Polyfilm Appoints AD V AND CO LLP as Auditors

Premier Polyfilm shareholders approved the appointment of M/s AD V AND CO LLP as statutory auditors via postal ballot with 99.76% votes in favor.
The appointment fills a casual vacancy caused by the merger of previous auditor M/s MARS & Associates into AD V AND CO LLP effective February 11, 2026.
The remote e-voting process was conducted from April 1-30, 2026, with CDSL as the voting platform and Scrutinizer Sumit Bajaj overseeing the process.
The new auditors will hold office from March 16, 2026, until the conclusion of the 34th AGM for FY 2025-2026.
