Premier Polyfilm Appoints ADV & Co as Auditors

Premier Polyfilm shareholders approved the appointment of M/s A D V AND CO LLP as statutory auditors via postal ballot.
The resolution passed with 99.76% votes in favor, following the resignation of previous auditor M/s M A R S & Associates.
The appointment fills a casual vacancy created by the merger of the former auditor into the new firm effective February 2026.
Voting was conducted via remote e-voting through CDSL from April 1 to April 30, 2026, with results scrutinized by a company secretary.
