Premier Polyfilm appointed M/s ADV & CO LLP as statutory auditors via postal ballot to fill a casual vacancy caused by the merger of its previous auditor.
The resolution was approved by shareholders with 99.76% votes in favor, based on the scrutinizer's report dated May 1, 2026.
The new auditor's appointment is effective from March 16, 2026, and will last until the conclusion of the 34th AGM for FY 2025-26.
