KMP / Board Changes

The Board of Directors of Prime Focus Limited at its meeting held on Thursday, August 06, 2026, has authorized the following Key Managerial Personnel to determine the materiality of an event or information and disclose the same to the Stock Exchanges:

  • Mr. Naresh Malhotra, Chairman and Whole Time Director - For determining materiality of an event or information and making disclosure to the Stock Exchanges
  • Mr. Namit Malhotra, Whole Time Director - For determining materiality of an event or information and making disclosure to the Stock Exchanges
  • Mr. Vikas Rathee, Chief Financial Officer - For determining materiality of an event or information and making disclosure to the Stock Exchanges
  • Ms. Parina Shah, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer - For making disclosure of material events/information to the Stock Exchanges

The authorization is made in terms of Regulation 30(5) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (Listing Regulations).
