The remote e-voting for the postal ballot commenced on July 7, 2026, at 10:00 AM IST and concluded on August 5, 2026, at 5:00 PM IST. The facility was provided by Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL). The cut-off date for determining shareholders eligible to vote was July 3, 2026. Ajay K.
