Pritika Auto Withdraws Land Bid Due to Litigation

Pritika Auto Industries submitted a fresh BSE disclosure regarding a cancelled land purchase for future expansion.
The company was declared highest bidder for a 64 Kanal property in Hoshiarpur via an e-auction by the Official Liquidator.
Upon learning of pending litigation, the company petitioned the Punjab & Haryana High Court to set aside the auction.
The High Court ordered the auction be set aside and the company's money refunded in its order dated May 11, 2026.
