Proclime Service NCLT Petition Against RoC Chennai

Proclime Service Pvt Ltd filed a petition CP/53(CHE)/2025 against the Registrar of Companies, Chennai under Section 131(1) of the Companies Act, 2013.
The RoC's counsel stated their reply has been sent to the Ministry of Corporate Affairs for clearance during the hearing on 22.04.2026.
The NCLT Special Bench granted two weeks' time and listed the petition for next hearing on 03.06.2026.
