Prostarm Appoints Valawat as Statutory Auditor for 5 Years

Appointment of Statutory Auditor:

The Board of Directors of Prostarm Info Systems Limited, at their meeting held on August 12, 2026, approved the appointment of M/s. Valawat and Associates Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration No.: 003623C) as the Statutory Auditors of the Company.
The appointment was made upon recommendation of the Audit Committee.
The term of appointment is for five consecutive years from the conclusion of the 19th Annual General Meeting until the conclusion of the 24th Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held for the Financial Year 2030-31.
The appointment is subject to approval of the Members at the forthcoming 19th Annual General Meeting of the Company.
