PSERC has determined a tariff of ₹5.224/kWh for FY2025-26 for Dee Development's WOS Malwa Power Pvt. Ltd.'s 6 MW biomass plant.
The revised tariff is ₹1.724/kWh higher than the interim rate of ₹3.50/kWh, implying ~₹5.80 Crore additional revenue recovery till date.
The order arises from APTEL's direction in Appeal No. 336 of 2025 and remains subject to acceptance by both parties before APTEL.
The company is evaluating the order and may file an appeal to protect commercial interests for the 10-year extended PPA term.
