  • Transferred securities will be credited only in demat mode with a mandatory one-year lock-in period from transfer registration date
  • Securities cannot be transferred, lien-marked, or pledged during lock-in period
  • Excludes cases involving disputes between transferor and transferee, and securities transferred to IEPF
