Court directed petitioner to deposit rent arrears at agreed rate within two months, to be held in short‑term FD.
Upon deposit, PVR Inox may contest the underlying suit on merits, with deposit subject to final decision.
Vacant possession must be handed over to Enrich Spaces by 30 June 2026, earlier if possible.
