Quadrant Televentures Limited has communicated to BSE Limited regarding the postponement of submission of its un-audited standalone financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026.
The company is under Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process effective from September 2, 2025, with a Resolution Professional performing functions under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code.
On November 3, 2026, the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench-I approved the Resolution Plan submitted for the company. Consequently, the powers and authority of the Resolution Professional have ceased effective immediately.
A Monitoring Committee will be constituted in accordance with the terms of the approved Resolution Plan. This committee will oversee and manage the affairs and operations of the company during the implementation of the Resolution Plan.
The unaudited standalone financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026 will now be considered and approved by the Monitoring Committee. The company will submit these financial results to the stock exchange upon completion of the requisite approval process and after they are duly signed.
The trading window for dealing in the company's securities remains closed since September 25, 2026, as previously communicated, and will remain closed until the declaration of financial results.
