Regulatory Basis for Exemption

- Net worth: ₹15,13,73,787.95 (₹15.14 crore)
Both figures are below the thresholds specified in Regulation 15(2)(a), placing the company within the ambit of this exemption.
Conclusion and Request
Consequently, compliance with Regulation 23 of the Listing Regulations is not applicable to the company, and it is not required to submit the disclosure of Related Party Transactions as required under Regulation 23(9). The company requests BSE to take this declaration on record.
