Bail bond: Rs. 25,000 (Rupees Twenty‑Five Thousand) with two sureties of the same amount each, to be approved by the trial court where the case is pending.
One of the bailors must be the petitioner’s brother‑in‑law, Vikash Kumar.
The bail is subject to conditions under Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
If the Investigating Officer files an application stating that the petitioner is not cooperating with the investigation, the trial court may cancel the bail bonds after recording reasons.

The High Court granted anticipatory bail to Rajballabh Prasad under the stipulated conditions, allowing his release pending further investigation.
