Supreme Court condoned the filing delay and granted exemption from filing paper books in the contempt petition by Rajdarbar Iconic Venture.
The Court held respondents violated the Dec 17 2024 judgment ordering demolition of unauthorized construction on the disputed Gurugram land.
It directed corporation to file a writ petition in the Punjab & Haryana High Court and urged the arbitral tribunal to conclude.
The petition and all pending applications were disposed of, with the District Town Planner ordered to enforce urban development statutes.
