Ramco Cements Excise Duty Dispute of ₹1.6 Crores Dropped

The Original Authority has dropped the matter relating to disputed levy of Excise Duty based on MRP for bagged cement. The disputed amount was ₹1.60 crores. The order dropping the dispute was dated 3rd June 2026 and was received by the Company through email on 3rd June 2026 at 17:41 hours.

The company confirms that with reference to their previous letter dated 14th August 2023, no disputes of similar nature are currently pending with statutory authorities.
