This disclosure is an update to the company's previous communication on ongoing material litigations dated 14th August 2023, specifically regarding the point (a) of the annexure: 'Disallowance of CENVAT Credit on Outward Freight'.

The company's appeal before the Customs, Excise and Service Tax Appellate Tribunal (CESTAT) concerning a disputed CENVAT credit amount of ₹2.33 crores was set aside. The matter was remanded to the Original Authority for re-examination, as per a CESTAT order dated 16th January 2026.

Following the remand, the Original Authority heard the issue and passed a final order. The order allowed ₹2.13 crores in favor of the company and raised a demand for the remaining balance of ₹0.20 crores. The company received this order via email on 12th June 2026 at 15:08 hours.

The company states its intention to file an appeal before CESTAT to contest the disallowed amount of ₹0.20 crores.

The disclosure also notes that disputes of a similar nature are pending with different statutory authorities. The total value of these similar disputes, including the matter detailed above, stands at ₹2.58 crores as of the date of this letter (13 June 2026).
