Ramco Industries ₹23.79L Income Tax Penalty Order

Ramco Industries received an Income Tax penalty order of ₹23,79,146 for Assessment Year 2017-18 on 26 March 2026.
Penalty levied under Section 270A represents 200% of the tax amount of ₹11,89,573 due to Section 14A disallowance dispute.
The company intends to file an appeal against the order issued by the National Faceless Assessment/Penalty Centre.
