Appointment of Statutory Auditors:

The members of RattanIndia Power Limited at the 19th Annual General Meeting held on September 24, 2026 approved the appointment of T R Chadha & Co. LLP, Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration Number: 006711N/N500028) as Statutory Auditors of the Company.
The appointment term is for five years, effective from the conclusion of the 19th Annual General Meeting (September 24, 2026) until the conclusion of the 24th Annual General Meeting.
