NCLT Mumbai admits insolvency petition against Mr. Ravindra Kathor Patil as a personal guarantor for a debt of ₹30.62 crore owed to Janaseva Sahakari Bank.
The Tribunal found the debt and default were established based on executed guarantees, demand notices, and a prior CIRP admission of the principal borrower.
Insolvency Resolution Process is initiated, imposing a 180-day moratorium and appointing Mr. Rajesh Shah as the Resolution Professional.
The petitioner bank is directed to deposit ₹75,000 towards the RP's initial fees and expenses for processing the case.
