RBI approved voluntary amalgamation of The Bhavani Sahakari Bank Ltd. with TJSB Sahakari Bank Ltd. under the Banking Regulation Act.
The scheme becomes effective on May 4, 2026, with Bhavani's branches operating as TJSB branches thereafter.
Approval granted under sub‑section (4) of Section 44A read with Section 56 of the Banking Regulation Act, 1949.
