The Reserve Bank of India exercised the powers conferred under Section 45‑IA(6) of the RBI Act, 1934 to cancel the Certificate of Registration of five non‑banking financial companies. The entities affected are: Dar's Financial Services Pvt Ltd (CoR No. B.05.03300, issued 3 Feb 2000, cancellation order dated 3 Aug 2026); Rolta Holding and Finance Corporation Private Limited (CoR No. 13.00540, issued 31 Mar 1998, cancellation order dated 6 Aug 2026); Vasudeo Securities Pvt Ltd (CoR No. B‑13.02235, issued 18 Apr 2018, cancellation order dated 6 Aug 2026); Parsoli Corporation Limited (CoR No. B‑13.01032, issued 16 Oct 2000, cancellation order dated 18 Aug 2026); and A.C. Choksi Financial Services Pvt Ltd (CoR No. N‑13.01906, issued 14 Jul 2008, cancellation order dated 31 Aug 2026).
Pursuant to clause (a) of Section 45‑I of the RBI Act, the above companies are prohibited from transacting the business of a non‑banking financial institution.
These actions remove the listed entities from the NBFC ecosystem, reinforcing regulatory compliance expectations.
