RCF Supreme Court Win, ₹32.94 Crore Relief

RCF's Supreme Court appeals against CESTAT excise orders for 1996–2005 period were decided favourably on March 24, 2026.
The court set aside original orders dated 27.01.2010 and 04.02.2010, quashing a total demand of ₹32.94 crore.
The demand comprised excise tax of ₹9.66 crore, interest of ₹18.61 crore, and penalty of ₹4.67 crore on Naphtha diversion.
