Shareholder Communication: The company has dispatched letters to shareholders requesting furnishing of PAN, KYC details, and nomination details in respect to their folios/Demat accounts. This action is in compliance with Regulation 30 and Regulation 36(1)(b) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/37 dated March 16, 2023.

Corporate Benefits Payment: Following SEBI advisory email dated 17th January, 2024, all corporate benefits such as dividend, interest, redemption amount etc. will be paid through electronic mode only, with no physical instruments.
