The scrutinizer downloaded the e-voting results from the e-voting website and unblocked the votes at 4:20 p.m. on September 18, 2026 in the presence of witnesses Mr. Rishabh Gupta and Ms. Duhita Chakradeo (who are not employees of the Company). The scrutinizer confirmed that all resolutions were passed with requisite majority and will retain all relevant voting records until the Chairman approves and signs the meeting minutes.
