Royal Cushion Vinyl Products Limited has intimated the closure of its trading window for dealing in the company's securities. The closure is implemented pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, and the Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders, along with applicable BSE Limited circulars.
The trading window will remain closed for all Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives from 1st July, 2026 until the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2026 (both days inclusive).
Designated Persons have been specifically instructed not to trade in the company's securities during this closure period. The date for the Board Meeting to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2026 will be communicated separately in due course.
