Rudra Ecovation NCLT Reserves Merger Order

Key Development

The Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Chandigarh Bench, has reserved its order in relation to the Scheme of Amalgamation of Rudra Ecovation Limited ("Transferor Company") with Shiva Texfabs Limited ("Transferee Company") and their respective shareholders and creditors.

Proceedings Details

The matter was heard by the NCLT Chandigarh Bench, and upon conclusion of the proceedings, the order in respect of the Scheme has been reserved for pronouncement. The disclosure is made in continuation of earlier intimations/disclosures made by the Company regarding this matter.

Future Commitment

The Company shall intimate the Stock Exchange(s) immediately upon receipt/pronouncement of the order by the Hon'ble NCLT, along with such further information as may be required under the applicable provisions of the SEBI Listing Regulations.
