Supreme Court heard Rungta Projects Ltd's petition to amend its Special Leave to Appeal against Coal India Ltd on 8 May 2026.
The Court, chaired by Justice Alok Aradhe, directed petitioner’s counsel to provide interlocutory applications and petitions to respondent’s counsel.
A further hearing was scheduled for four weeks later, with no substantive rulings issued by the court at this stage.
