Key Requirements for Physical Shareholders:
- Mandatory details to be furnished: PAN, Contact Details (Postal Address with PIN Code and Mobile Number), Bank Account Details, and Specimen Signatures.
- Optional details: Email ID and Nomination details, though shareholders are encouraged to provide them to avail online services.
- Consequence of Non-Compliance: Effective 1st April 2024, dividends/interest will be paid only through electronic mode upon furnishing all mandatory details. Dividends declared between 1st April 2024 and the date of KYC updation will be paid electronically only after compliance.
- Shareholders with incomplete folios will not be eligible to lodge grievances or avail service requests from the RTA until details are updated.
