Supreme Court dismissed Sagar Soya Products' civil appeals (Nos.10772‑10773/2011) against the Assistant Commissioner of Commercial Tax.
The Court found no ground to interfere with the High Court's order in Writ Petitions 2395/2005 and 2397/2005.
Both appeals were rejected and any pending applications were also disposed of on 7 May 2026.
