Sahara One Media and Entertainment Limited has submitted a formal request to BSE Limited regarding complications with the e-Voting process for its 46th Annual General Meeting (AGM).
The company reports that it has not received the Beneficial Position (Benpos) data from both NSDL and CDSL since 26 June 2026, despite having made full payment of all applicable charges and dues. This non-receipt of critical shareholder data has impaired the company's ability to complete necessary compliance requirements and make related arrangements within prescribed timelines for the AGM.
In response to these circumstances, the company formally requests that BSE Limited accept 26 June 2026 as the second cut-off date for determining member eligibility for e-Voting participation, replacing the previously announced date of 23 September 2026 mentioned in the AGM notice.
The company is making arrangements to appropriately inform the Stock Exchange and other concerned stakeholders about this situation and the consequential arrangements. Additionally, the company requests that the Scrutinizer be advised of this position while preparing and finalizing the Scrutinizer's Report for the e-Voting conducted for the 46th AGM.
