Salora International GST Bank Account Provisional Attachment

Salora International received a GST Department communication on 20 March 2026 for provisional bank account attachment under Section 83 of CGST Act, 2017.
Bank accounts at Kotak Mahindra Bank and Canara Bank have been provisionally attached; matter is at a preliminary stage with no final tax liability determined.
Company is pursuing legal remedies including objections/appeals before competent authorities and is cooperating with GST authorities.
