The Company received a communication from the GST Department regarding suspension of its GST Registration on 27th March, 2026. An initial intimation of this suspension was submitted to the Stock Exchange on 28th March, 2026.
In response to the suspension, the Company filed appropriate replies to the notices issued by the GST Department and duly complied with all requirements as prescribed by the concerned authorities.
The GST Department has now passed an order dated 29th May, 2026, for revocation of the suspension of the GST Registration for Delhi having GSTIN 07AAACS3041G2ZQ. Consequently, the GST Registration of the Company for Delhi stands restored and remains valid in accordance with the applicable provisions of law.
