Sammaan Capital Appeals Filing Delay Condoned

NCLAT condoned an 11-day delay by Sammaan Capital Ltd in re-filing its appeal memo.
The appeal was initially e-filed on 11.03.2026 and defects were notified on 19.03.2026.
The appellant re-filed the appeal on 06.04.2026 after the defect notification.
The case is now listed for admission hearing before the Hon'ble Bench.
