Sampann Utpadan Appoints Internal and Cost Auditors

Sampann Utpadan India Limited appointed P A K M & Associates as Internal Auditor for FY 2026-27 effective April 25, 2026.
The company separately appointed Y S Thakar & Co. as Cost Auditor for FY 2026-27 during the same board meeting.
Both appointments comply with Companies Act 2013 and SEBI Listing Regulations requirements for statutory audits.
